Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Leads to Sales Consulting, LLC dba Homeowner Hub ("Homeowner Hub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of homeownerhub.org and our homeowner concierge, project-planning, contractor-matching, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. When you submit a project request by clicking Start My Project, your click constitutes your electronic signature and your affirmative agreement to these Terms, including the communication-consent and dispute-resolution provisions below. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference for purposes of explaining our data practices.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

2. What Homeowner Hub Does

Homeowner Hub is a homeowner-focused concierge and contractor-matching service. We may help you organize project information, understand project considerations, identify potential contractors, coordinate introductions or appointments, compare information you receive, and navigate parts of the home-improvement process.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Homeowner Hub is not the contractor performing your home-improvement work, is not a party to your contract with a contractor, and does not control a contractor's work, employees, pricing, financing, warranties, scheduling, permits, licensing, insurance, or performance.

3. Independent Contractors and No Guarantee

Contractors presented through the Services are independent businesses. We may review information about contractors and may apply screening or approval criteria, but no screening process can eliminate all risk. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring them, including confirming licensing, insurance, references, scope, pricing, warranties, financing terms, permits, and other matters important to you.

We do not guarantee that any contractor will accept your project, provide a quote, offer the lowest price, meet a particular timeline, obtain permits, perform work to a particular standard, or achieve any specific result.

4. Contractor Compensation and Commercial Relationships

Homeowner Hub may receive compensation from contractors or other business partners. Compensation may be based on leads, introductions, appointments, referrals, signed projects, completed sales, project revenue, subscriptions, or other agreed commercial arrangements. The amount and structure of compensation may vary.

These relationships can affect which contractors participate in the Homeowner Hub network or are available for a particular project. Homeowner Hub does not promise that every contractor in your market will be considered or presented, and you remain free to obtain other bids or hire a contractor outside the Services.

5. Contractor Introductions and Information Sharing

If you ask us to connect you with a contractor or otherwise approve an introduction, you authorize us to share information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction, including your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, project details, property information, timeline, and related preferences.

Your initial Homeowner Hub website consent authorizes communications from Homeowner Hub as described below. It does not automatically authorize an unknown contractor to send prerecorded or artificial-voice telemarketing or other communications that require separate consent. Where separate contractor-specific consent is required or appropriate, we may request it when you approve an introduction.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • use the Services only for lawful purposes and for genuine home-improvement or home-service needs;
  • review contractor proposals, agreements, financing, warranties, licenses, insurance, permits, and other project documents before making decisions;
  • not misuse, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services; and
  • not submit information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

7. Text Message and Email Consent

When you submit a project request using a form that contains our communication-consent disclosure, you expressly consent to receive project-related and marketing text messages and emails from Leads to Sales Consulting, LLC dba Homeowner Hub at the telephone number and email address you provide. Text messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of Homeowner Hub text messages and HELP for help. We may send a one-time confirmation of an opt-out where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

Revoking marketing consent does not prevent us from sending communications that are legally permitted without such consent and are necessary to respond to a current request, administer an existing service relationship, comply with law, or honor your preferences.

8. No Professional Advice

Information provided through Homeowner Hub is for general informational and concierge purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide legal, tax, engineering, architectural, code-compliance, insurance, lending, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals when needed.

9. Quotes, Estimates, Financing, and Project Information

Quotes, estimates, financing options, warranties, schedules, product information, and similar information provided by contractors or third parties are their responsibility. Homeowner Hub may help organize or explain information but does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our branding, text, graphics, design, software, workflows, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Homeowner Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes related to your own home project. No other rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, communication providers, contractors, financing providers, or other services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their independent terms, policies, content, acts, or omissions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." HOMEOWNER HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEOWNER HUB AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROJECT DELAYS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM A CONTRACTOR'S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $500 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO HOMEOWNER HUB FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeowner Hub and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authority.

15. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit or arbitration, you and Homeowner Hub agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A party initiating a dispute must send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief. Notices to Homeowner Hub may be sent to hello@homeownerhub.org or to the mailing address listed below. The parties will have 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt resolution before either party initiates arbitration or court proceedings, except where immediate injunctive relief is reasonably necessary.

16. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court and claims seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access to the Services, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. Information about AAA and its rules is available at adr.org. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

NO CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. You and Homeowner Hub agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If the class-action waiver is finally determined to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction after all arbitrable claims are resolved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

30-DAY ARBITRATION OPT-OUT. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days after the first date you accept these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, the email address and telephone number used with Homeowner Hub, and a clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement. Send the notice to hello@homeownerhub.org with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" or by mail to the address below. Opting out of arbitration does not affect the remainder of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Court Venue

Except to the extent federal law governs or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may modify the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Changes to these Terms do not retroactively expand a prior communication consent beyond what applicable law permits.

19. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
